Lisa Rose at Corkin Gallery
Lisa Rose found her passion for art after a career in fashion. With a curiosity about the intersection of design and painting, Rose’s abstract works come from an obsession with line and colour. The paintings are a response to the calmness she experiences with water, mountains, air and space.
Rose’s recent works are influenced by the extended period of isolation we have all been experiencing. In her painting The circle is small, she began exploring the impact of social-distancing and the overlap of our social bubbles.
