Astman's meticulous and time-consuming artistic process stands in stark contrast to the fast-paced world of digital imagery and information dissemination. The artist dedicated significant effort to physically extract and trace visual elements from newspapers, subsequently translating them into woven digital collages that form a captivating new composition. The end results are potent and enigmatic fragments of our reality—a reflection of our contemporary era.
